Zantedeschia 'Captain Odessa'

The Captain Odessa Calla Lily features striking, deep purple-black, trumpet-shaped blooms set against bright green, white-spotted, lance-shaped foliage. This hybrid variety emerges from dormancy in mid to late spring after sufficient warmth, blooming profusely from summer through fall. Preferring consistently moist conditions, it can also thrive as a marginal aquatic. Apply fertilizer every two months until flowering ends. Ideal for borders, containers, and floral arrangements, it is hardy in coastal BC with proper drainage and winter protection or storage. Additionally, it attracts pollinators and resists deer and rabbits.
