We have set up our website to be a wonderful data base of the plants we carry and allow you to create a shopping list of items before heading into the shop. Most of our products even include a handy location guide, so you can track them down once you are here.
You can use the search bar at the top of the page, or use our comprehensive Plant Finder tool to search for plants using different criteria. Our staff of course, are always available in person to answer any questions you have or help you navigate the site.

At this time we do not offer online ordering, but we do hope to grow into that down the road.
Since our stocks change quickly and most people enjoy picking out their favourite plant in the store, we have simply made the website a great resource in the meantime... plus we have all of our current availability on the site which is really unique in the Garden Centre World!

What Plants are Pet Safe?
Any foreign matter consumed in great enough quantity can be harmful for animals so we stay away from labelling plants as being "Pet Safe" and stick with "Pet Friendly". Please check with your Veterinarian or place plants out of reach if you have any concerns.
Here is a list of plants that are considered to be "Friendly" though for you to check out from the Veterinary Poisons Information Service.

This is one of our most frequently asked questions! Over the years we have discovered that there are no truly resistant plants, if a deer is hungry enough they will eat almost anything but we do have a list of hardier plants that the Master Gardeners of BC have compiled.

Are you moving?
You may have heard some rumours about us moving or closing or leaving and we are here to clear that up for you.
We are a third generation nursery that is still owned and run by members of the founding family. We are busy planning an expansion and constantly working on ways to expand and grow the Nursery and Garden Centre and have no plans of moving anytime soon.
That being said, it is public knowledge that the property has been part of changes in the new Official Community Plan. We are in the process of planning to allow for thoughtful and controlled development in the (far!) future, so don't be frightened if you see public information about this in the future. It's all about ensuring that we have the ability to have a fourth and fifth generation business. If you ever have any concerns, please reach out, we are happy to clarify!

Our Return Policy was designed to make sure that you feel confident with the items that you purchase from us.
Refunds are available on qualifying items for 7 days with the original receipt.
There is no Warranty, returns or exchanges on Tree Voucher items, Fertilizer, Beneficial Bugs or Pesticides
Warranty - Trees and Shrubs are warrantied for Crop issues within 90 days. For this warranty to apply, please contact us immediately when you notice any issues via email with photos so that we can provide guidance and hopefully, prevent total loss.
This Warranty is void if -
- The plant dies due to negligence like over or under watering or was planted improperly
- There is physical damage from things such as lawnmowers, weed whackers or cars.
- Plants damaged by acts of nature including wind, rain, hail, ice, freezing and drought.
- Plants damaged by animals.
We provide advice via email, phone, in person and this website to help mitigate any issues before plant loss.

Refunds in the shop are processed immediately on our end back to the original payment method. Depending on your method of payment it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your card.
