German heirloom radish with gorgeous dark pink roots that are long and tapered, growing 15-22cm (6-8"). Ostergruss Rosa 2 has a sweet and mildly spicy flavour and a nice crisp texture that is wonderful in salads. The bright white interior may have streaks of pink. Best grown in the cooler temperatures of spring and fall, Ostergruss Rosa will perform well in the summer and can be grown with protection at either end of the season for stunning bunches most months of the year.
