Nepeta subsessilis. This Fleuroselect award winning Catmint cultivar is a first year flowering perennial. The foliage forms a compact dome shape and is topped by pastel blue flowers on 20cm (8") stems. Nepeta Blue Panther seeds are hardy to Zone 4, with blooms coming steadily from mid-summer to autumn. Expect flowers from June to September on the coast, possibly earlier once the plants become established. Use it in containers or as an edging to attract pollinating insects. Plant in full sun and space plants around 25cm (10") apart.
