Leucothoe fontanesiana 'Scarletta'

In spring, vivid scarlet-purple new growth stands out against deep green foliage. Long racemes of white, bell-shaped flowers add a delicate touch, while the leaves shift to reddish bronze in fall. Compact and spreading, ‘Scarletta’ makes an attractive groundcover.
