Lady Fingers Cactus

The Lady Fingers Cactus, scientifically known as Mammillaria elongata, is a small cactus native to central Mexico. It is characterized by its clustered, finger-like stems that can grow up to 6 inches tall and 1 inch wide, covered with short, interlocking spines that can be white, golden yellow, or brown. This cactus is also known by other names such as Golden Stars and Gold Lace Cactus. 

For care, it thrives in well-draining soil and requires bright, indirect sunlight. It is suitable for novice cactus collectors due to its resilience and ability to produce stunning flowers at the tops of its stems. Regular watering is essential, but be cautious not to overwater, as this can lead to root rot.
