How To Grow: 1. Place a coco coir soil disc in each grow cup.  2. Add 1/4 of water to the coco coir disc and let it expand. 3. Use the stir stick to mix the soil and water. Stir and puff up the soil.  4. Sprinkle seeds on the surface and cover lightly with soil. 5. Place in a sunny spot and mist daily. 6. Harvest in 7–10 days - Eat and enjoy on any favourite meal, smoothie or in a salad.
