Picolino Organic cucumber seeds are CERTIFIED ORGANIC! Picolino is a fine example of a parthenocarpic type cucumber: It produces only female flowers, so the vines are really productive. And the fruits are seedless unless they are cross pollinated with another variety. They don't need pollination, so they're well suited to greenhouse growing. The tasty, uniform little fruits are 10-12cm (4-5") long with thin skins and appealing texture. This variety has hybrid resistance to Cucumber Mosaic Virus (CMV), Cucumber Vein Yellows Virus (CVYV), powdery mildew, scab, and target leaf spot. Picolino is sold by seed count, not by weight.
