The Helleborus Ice n’ Roses Early Rose features large, outward-facing blooms in delicate light to mid-pink hues that glow beautifully in winter sunlight. Its substantial, thick, leathery dark green leaves form dense evergreen clumps. Blooming begins from October or November in containers and from November in the ground, with flowers persisting well into spring. This hybrid between H. x ericsmithii and H. x hybridus belongs to one of the largest hellebore series, producing tall stems up to 1.5 feet. Ideal for containers or landscapes, it thrives in full or partial sun and shows excellent deer resistance. Suitable for zone 5, it can also flourish in zone 4 with proper winter mulch or snow cover.
