Italian Honey Fig is a very productive and reliable fig, especially in cool summer climates, producing abundant, yellowish-green figs with sweet and richly flavourful, amber flesh that tastes like honey. In coastal BC it ripens in late July and early August with abundant crops produced over about three weeks.
